"I literally can’t say enough good things about Marcus at State Farm!
My vehicle was stolen this morning, and I was obviously overwhelmed and stressed with everything from how I was going to get to work and get the kids to school to finding my car, but he immediately stepped in and handled EVERYTHING for me. Within an hour, he had me in a rental car and had already started coordinating getting my vehicle into the body shop without me having to call around and wait.
He made what could have been an absolute nightmare feel completely smooth and seamless. He was responsive, reassuring, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or figure things out on my own. When I say he handled it all I truly mean he handled it ALL.
Marcus even answered all of my questions and repeat questions to make sure I truly understand.
He never made me feel dumb, or less, or bad about the situation.
I’m incredibly grateful for his help today and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an insurance agent who truly cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. Five stars, without a doubt! ⭐️"

"We have been with State Farm since 2011 and switched agents in 2022 to Derek Zahm. I cannot praise my agent and his staff enough for their customer service. Myles is always there for me when I need something or have questions and Brady is also so helpful. We have auto, watercraft, jewelry, and home owners insurance on separate properties in different states. These guys are top notch and I'd highly recommend them!"
